Orders will be processed within 3 business days.
Shipping will be ready within 3-5 business days for in stock items.
For pre-order items, normally it takes 4-5 weeks, subject to manufacturing complexity.
Enjoy your free local delivery upon orders of HKD$3,000 or above. All domestic orders are shipped with SF Express.

returns or exchanges
We do NOT accept any refund, returns or exchanges except when a wrong merchandise is sent. We will examine every product before shipping out to ensure that there are no defective items.
In case an incorrect merchandise is received, please send us an email to admin@blackhillhk.com within 2 days and we shall make further arrangements. Please keep the item in its original condition, original packaging and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
